Webvna children’s haven pediatric hospice provides clinical care to patients suffering from a terminal illness as well as support for their families from birth to 21 years of age. Webnurses form trusting relationships with pediatric oncology patients and their families and are in a position to advocate for best palliative care practices as disease progresses to. Webpediatric palliative and hospice care are achieved through a combination of active and compassionate therapies intended to comfort and support the child, as well as family. Webin the pediatric hospice setting my role is to help patients navigate the end of a child’s life, and empower families and children as they have difficult conversations.
